Junior Project Manager

We provide strategic and creative consultancy, and design services to ambitious organisations looking to do things differently. Based in Oval, London we are looking for an ambitious junior project manager to join our growing studio.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and positive team player to help with the delivery of projects for new and existing clients. We’ll provide a friendly and collaborative environment where you will be able to develop if this sounds like this is for you, we would like to hear from you.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will work alongside clients and colleagues on the below

  • Creating, updating and sharing project plans and timelines and communicating changes in scope, cost and timings, both internally and externally.
  • Producing costings and providing advice either directly to clients or to assist in the drafting of formal proposals.
  • Shaping and producing written and agreed briefs with the client and internal teams.
  • Updating clients on project progress via email, calls and face to face meetings.
  • Ensuring all project information is recorded and updated in project management software.
  • Scheduling the time of designers, developers, and other colleagues, to work on the project as required, working with the rest of the Client Services team.


You’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a related field.
  • Interest in (or experience of) the creative fields
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and the ability to explain and justify decisions to clients and colleagues.
  • Experience of working in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • An interest in working with Charities, Not for Profits and Education
